Independent Ideas Lab
Synaptic Quanta
Synaptic Quanta is an independent ideas lab exploring how biological, artificial and organisational systems perceive, assign significance, organise and act.
I am the founder and lab director of Synaptic Quanta. The lab investigates how systems perceive, assign significance, organise and act.
Current work includes an exploratory inquiry into small adaptive systems and the published preprint Valence Under Temporal Constraint. Public research questions, published work and routes for collaboration belong on the lab’s website.
This personal site provides the wider context: my background, building projects and selected writing.
