The Digital Umwelt is a persistent, user-governed membrane between a person and interchangeable applications or AI models. It translates digital events into meaningful perception, attention, intention and governed action.

What exists

A master implementation plan and a functioning personal cognitive architecture on which the membrane is being developed.
