A research programme examining functional integration, continuity, metacognition and adaptive control in artificial systems.
The research examines how integration, temporal continuity, metacognition, counterfactual reasoning, behavioural coherence, boundary integrity and valenced goal control can be organised in artificial systems.
It does not claim that the resulting architecture is conscious.
